Yuri's Night, Boulder Colorado | 2010

ISDR was once again a sponsor of the annual Yuri's Night Space Party in Boulder Colorado. Yuri's Night is a world space party that happens every year in hundreds of cities around the world to commemorate Humanity's first steps into space. This year's Yuri's Party in Boulder was our best yet!

Next-Generation Suborbital Researchers Conference (NSRC)

February 18–20, 2010 Boulder Colorado.

NSRC 2010 - ISDR is excited to have been present at this very successful and ground-breaking conference. This conference brought together a diversity of professionals from fundamental researchers to space tourism entrepreneurs to discuss how the emerging suborbital flight industry will enable a new era of affordable space-based research.

CU student Laura Stiles of CUSEDS has taken second prize in a national suborbital research proposal contest held at the NSRC 2010. ISDR is a proud supporter of CUSEDS. Congratulations Laura!

ISDR attends the 2nd Annual Space Policy Panel at the University of Colorado, Boulder. This year's panel included:

• NASA Astronaut Joe Tanner
• CASA Researcher and Director of Lunar University Network for Astrophysics Research (LUNAR) Jack Burns,
• Cassie Kloberdanz of SpaceX.
• The panel was moderated by Leonard David.

The 2009 Space Policy Panel was hosted by CUSEDS.

An excellent discussion about our past and present space policies and possibilities for the future.
