Next-Generation Suborbital Researchers Conference (NSRC) February 18–20, 2010 Boulder Colorado. NSRC 2010 - ISDR is excited to have been present at this very successful and ground-breaking conference. This conference brought together a diversity of professionals from fundamental researchers to space tourism entrepreneurs to discuss how the emerging suborbital flight industry will enable a new era of affordable space-based research. CU student Laura Stiles of CUSEDS has taken second prize in a national suborbital research proposal contest held at the NSRC 2010. ISDR is a proud supporter of CUSEDS. Congratulations Laura! Photos:

November 3, 2009 ISDR attends the 2nd Annual Space Policy Panel at the University of Colorado, Boulder. This year's panel included:
The 2009 Space Policy Panel was hosted by CUSEDS. An excellent discussion about our past and present space policies and possibilities for the future. October 30, 2009 The Institute for Space Development Research joins the emerging "We Want Our Future" Initiative. We Want Our Future is a youth space exploration advocacy initiative seeking to get kids more involved in advocating for a strong national space exploration program. The initiative has support from NASA OE, the CU Foundation, and many other great organizations. We Want Our Future will kids over 100,000 kids in all 50 states to advocate for their futures in space by drawing a postcard from space and in the future. These postcards will serve as a reminder of our obligation to leave our children with the resources and capabilities they'll need to build a better future for humanity.

in partnership with CU SEDS March 30, 2009 The Institute for Space Development Research at the 25th annual National Space Symposium. The National Space Symposium is the premier space industry event and is an opportunity for key leaders from all sectors of the space community.
March 17, 2009 The Institute for Space Development Research and Digital Launchpad Web Development launch Science Resource World Directory & Guide to promote science and provide a central web reference for information and professional/technical resources.
